- Attained licensure in the State of Colorado.
- Played an involved role in a number of large project including large healthcare facilities, higher education projects, science/ technology projects, and more throughout the United States.
- Involved in several projects during all project phases requiring careful prioritization of tasks between projects and staying organized to meet key objectives for each project.
- Utilized industry leading tools such as Bluebeam Studio, Autodesk BIM 360, Enscape for Revit, Procore and more.
- Participated in project meetings weekly with industry partners, design consultants, owner's representatives, and construction managers to ensure an effective delivery of designs and various deliverables.
- Involved in coordinating various specialty systems from vendors including Stryker, Siemens, Skyfold, Modernfold, VIVA, Arktura, and more.
- Played an involved role in the coordination of several consultant teams during the construction document phase.
- Experience in setting up and collaborating in Revit projects utilizing several consultant team models linked together for construction document representation.
- Helped manage the submittal and RFI process for large healthcare projects. This also includes individual submittal and RFI reviews and associated responses in revision sets throughout the construction process.
- Project involvement includes: various projects at Aspen Valley Hospital, tenant improvement project at Valley View Hospital in Glenwood Springs, various Kaiser Permanente projects in Denver and Los Angeles, various U.C. Health projects including the Medical Center of the Rockies renovation & expansion project, tenant refresh projects at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, Shriner's Children's Hospital in Mexico City, The Medical University of South Carolina, The Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, New York, and more.
